A Highland Park house in the 1986 film “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” will go back on the real estate market following renovations, according to agent Meladee Hughes. In the film starring Matthew Broderick, a borrowed Ferrari crashes through its glass pavilion wall into into a ravine.
The four-bedroom, 5,300-square-foot estate of Ben and Frances Rose was offered at $2.3 million in May 2009. Last year the listing price was reduced to $1.8 million.
